Guidelines For A General Hang

Survey The Room
1) If Using Ground Supported Tripods Or Mast Plates
Place Masts @ 20-45 Deg. Angles Out From Corners Of Table
Usually No Less Than 40' Spacings
Place 4" Mirrors & Effects @ Closest Pos.
Place 8" Mirrors On Clamps @ Furthest Pos.

2) If Using Truss Or Stationary Structures
Place 4" Mirrors On Front Of House Truss / Cat Walks / Etc.
Place 8" Mirrors On Up Or D.S.L&R With Floor Bases -
One For Each 4" Truss Mirror.
Place Effects On Masts Or Vertical Truss @ D.S.R. & D.S.L.

3) Clear House of any people not required for setup. Allign all beams with 3metter vertical and 2.5 metter horizontal separation from human exposure.

Count And Draw A Quick Plot:

Count The Number Of 2 Beam Launchers ( Usually 6 = 12 Beams ).

Place 12 Primary Target Mirrors 4"

Place 12 Secondary Target Mirrors 8"

Note: Slightly Angle All Mirrors And Effects Up For Safety. Also Orient All "U" Yokes Horizontal Initially.

Remote Effects - Place Them Closest From Table
( Rough Focus 45 Deg. Between Audience & Table)
Sheet Scanners Can Hang Mirror Down
Cones / Lumia / Rhinestone / Etc.

WARNING: Connect XLR cables To Sheet Scanners, Later Cone Effects Take Care Not To Mix Up Which Is Sheet Or Cone
Tie A Loose Knot In The 2 Cone Cables,
On Both Male & Female Ends For Marking Purposes.

Run A.C. Cable To Rhinestone & Lumia Effects

Note: If Outside And No Available Mirror Supports Are Available, Launch Beams Into Free Space. If You Don't Have FAA Clearance Terminate Beams On Buildings, Trees, Etc..
